How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
Anytime via our cancellation page. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.

My game was not saved
Games are only saved when you are logged in and play the game to completion. Make sure you are signed in before starting.

Click the flag icon in the top right corner of the play page to switch between German and English.
